Students learn how to recite the Quraan with tajweed as taught by our beloved Prophet (Salallahu Alayhi Wasalam). The School starts from the very basics, so all students are welcome.
‘llm Al-Tajweed is the first course that students are encouraged to enrol onto, and is the precondition for access to other subjects. Students registered with a Student Teacher in the Foundation Tajweed Level will be able to further study of Islamic subjects. However, if students have previously studied Tajweed, they may be eligible to join the ‘fast track’ system, whereby you may join the course at a later stage.
The course consists of a Foundation Tajweed level, whereby students begin their journey in studying Tajweed. The course is normally two terms (one academic year) but is dependant on the students progress.
Students then embark on the 7 levels of Tajweed, beginning their journey in ‘learn to teach’ whereby observation of classes enables students to begin their training to ‘teach to learn’.
